We control the day, DPD controls the time. You will get tracking details from DPD once your order is on its way, including your delivery window.
Chilled and vacuum packed in an insulated box, with reheating instructions inside.
Leave safe place instructions in the notes at checkout. Please refrigerate your roast as soon as you get home.
Keep it in the fridge and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze.
Oven at 200°C. Meat and veg go in together, covered with foil, for about 20 minutes. Take the foil off for the last few minutes if you like crisp edges. Yorkshires go in for the final 2 to 3 minutes. Warm the gravy in the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring halfway. Everything should be piping hot, at least 75°C in the middle.
So it is in your fridge and ready for Sunday. You are more than welcome to eat it on Saturday though.
